Novus International hosts gut health symposium

Novus is hosting key influencers representing the Latin American poultry and pork industries for a day-long seminar at the company’s headquarters in the US city of St. Charles, Missouri.

Seven topics related to gut health in poultry and pork will be presented by Novus research experts and technical staff. The day will conclude with a roundtable discussion, “Challenges and Opportunities in Poultry in Latin America”, which will provide participants the opportunity to ask questions, make comments and learn more about topics of interest.

“Novus www.novusint.com is passionate about working with industry leaders to bring the best solutions to the market,” notes Marc Decoux, executive manager, global poultry marketing for Novus. “We felt it was important to develop this program to help Latin American producers address the specific challenges they are dealing with regarding gut health. Our goal for all our customers is to provide them with the products, resources and information they need to be as successful as possible in their local environments.”

“We are aware that the implications of gut health extend down the food chain in the area of food safety,” mentioned Marc Decoux. “There is no one solution that will eliminate all the potential areas of pathogenic presence, but different elements that when positioned together can help producers simplify the difficulty of food safety management. Novus provides the products, service and technical expertise to assist poultry and swine producers with this issue.”
