As a result of animal feed prices sky-rocketing, Charoen Pokphand Foods (CPF) is developing an animal feed unit.

This animal feed operation in Nakorn Ratchasima is a grain terminal with a storage capacity of 200,000 t, which will benefit from the plentiful maize production in northeastern provinces.
The terminal, which is the company’s biggest integrated feed operation, will have the capacity to produce 1.2 mln t of poultry feed a year, is part of CPF’s integrated farm to food processing chicken operation production complex, says CPF senior vice-president, Virote Kumpeera.
