Successfully used in human medicines for over half a century, S. boulardii is certainly the most documented probiotic yeast. It is used in swine, poultry and aquaculture to improve animal performance, welfare and health. It is also recognized to help control pathogens in feed and the digestive tract and reduce the risks of pathogen carriage.

Dr Pradip Linge, Area Manager South East Asia for Lallemand Animal Nutrition comments: ”Exhibiting at VIV in Bangkok will give us an opportunity to be present among local animal industry players and customers. Lallemand’s professionals who have a strong experience of the animal nutrition and health sector and technical expertise will be present during VIV to communicate about the utilization and effects of proven, science based beneficial microorganisms and yeast derivatives. We invite visitors to come and meet us to discuss sustainable, profitable solutions for swine, poultry and aqua production”.
