Norwegian poultry is once again allowed outside after the governments ban on outdoor poultry was lifted this week..
The ban was imposed in February in eight southern counties to prevent the spread of the bird flu virus. The decision to lift the ban was made by the Norwegian Food Safety Authority.
Following the decision the health authority said in a statement that the ban was lifted “because of the bird flu situation now”.
