The event will take place during the International exhibition for animal production and meat processing VIV Russia 2011. Showdates of the fifth edition of VIV Russia are from 17 – 19 May in hall 7 and 8 of the International Crocus Exhibition Center in the Russian capital.

The organisers VNU Exhibitions Europe and ASTI Group, expect to welcome 340 exhibitors covering a surface of 9,400² net; this is 900m² more than during the previous edition in 2009.

The ‘Russian-Dutch Agribusiness Forum on Dairy and Poultry’ will take place in the Conference Hall of the exhibition venue.

International speakers at this seminar will extensively examine in what way success factors of the poultry and the dairy sector in the Netherlands may contribute to further development of these particular areas in Russia. The key to the Dutch success appears to be the cooperation of various stakeholders within these chains. The seminar will in particular focus on the importance of innovation, and on investing in knowledge and skills development.
