In co-operation with a steering committee, themes and topics are developed to inform and advise about safety in meat production and processing. Conferences on meat safety and meat safety stands will be present at the pavilion.
Conferences and technical sessions
A conference on incubation, an international postgraduate course and a conference of COST and the European Science Foundation will be held. Besides these conferences, technical sessions will be offered, in which companies and researchers will give educational presentations.
