2001 International Egg Costings shows ongoing price drop

Behind each of the figures of our annual survey on egg costings there is a story on why it is different from last year. Over the past six years we have collected figures from an increasing number of countries. Each time interesting conclusions could be drawn. But it is disturbing to see that there is a continuous drop in average costs and profit.
