Chick Master inaugurates new UK Centers of Operations

Chick Master recently hosted an Open House and Incubation Seminar in its new facilities in Cricket Malherbie and Bridgwater, UK.

The events included a mix of technical presentations and socialising among the 40 attendees from all over the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Sweden, and the Congo. The group met at the new Cricket Malherbie office which is the headquarters for Chick Master’s Energy Management Group and European Business. The new office complex is a renovated dairy farm dating back to the 16th century. 

The morning technical seminar included presentations about some of the latest Chick Master innovations in incubation and ventilation. All are designed to assist hatchery managers improve operations with greater efficiency and improved access to information. The new Maestro software program, the CC3-GL ventilation system, and  energy savings were centerpieces of the days discussions.

In the afternoon, the group went to the new factory and distribution center in Bridgwater. On display were several demonstrations including the Avida S turning system, the new Anemometer for setters and hatchers, the Zeus Rio Ventilation Controller, and the CC3-GL package ventilation system. There were many lively discussions about the products between current users of these products and those looking to realise the benefits in the future.
