Critical control points to measure poultry welfare
McDonald’s, Burger King, KFC and Wendy’s are currently auditing their poultry supplies using an objective scoring system. This system is incorporated into the processing plant’s HACCP system and the same people who carry out the food safety audits accredit the plants.
