Hendrix sign agreement to acquire Euribrid
Hendrix Genetics B.V. and Nutreco Holding N.V. have signed a definitive agreement regarding the sale of Nutreco’s animal breeding activities “Euribridâ€, to Hendrix Genetics B.V. This agreement includes Nutreco’s related Animal Breeding Research Centre.
CEO Antoon van den Berg says: “Today is a great day for both companies. By combining the breeding activities, Nutreco and Hendrix Genetics further develop their joint relation, which is built on trust and mutual successes. “
Thijs Hendrix president and controlling shareholder of Hendrix Genetics, adds: “based upon our common history and shared values we will create a new platform with a new horizon that will enable us to further focus on growth and consolidation opportunities in animal breeding and life sciences.â€
