Incubator stolen, hundreds of rare eggs gone

Police have confirmed that burglars have stolen an incubator containing hundreds of birds’ eggs.

The incubator, in an outhouse on a property in Maesbury, Shropshire, was stolen among other goods, including a lawn mower, various power tools and a bicycle.
The incubator, in which the eggs were hatching, contained about 300 eggs of rare breed birds.
