Light: Source doesn’t affect laying performances
Light source, either incandescent or luminescent, has no effect upon shell quality, hatchability or any fertility parameter, neither on body weight gain nor food conversion efficiency. That is the conclusion of the authors of the recently published book, “Poultry lighting: the theory and practice.”
