Logistic slaughter still allows carcass contamination (2005 special)

Logistic slaughter, whereby flocks are slaughtered in order of contamination severity, is supposed to prevent the cross contamination of carcasses with Salmonella bacteria. However research has revealed that surprising levels and sources of contamination still occur.
