Foster Farms’ turkey helpline will be available 24 hours a day from 15-27 November. The helpline is available during business hours outside the holiday season.

In a statement, the company said the helpline (1-800-255-7227) is available for tasty recipes, fool-proof cooking instructions, important food safety guidelines, and healthy low fat recommendations.

Last year, more than 4,500 consumers contacted the helpline during the holidays, with more than 1,300 inquiries on Thanksgiving Day.
