New poultry farm opens in Kazakhstan

A new poultry farm for egg production has been recently launched in south Kazakhstan in the Saryagash region.

The farm’s full capacity is expected to be more than 12 million eggs per year according to local media. The product will be provided to the whole Saryagash region and plans are in place to cover the needs of southern Kazakhstan. Day output is from 38,000 to 40,000 eggs.



According to the Director of the enterprise Murat Talman, the company intends to create a chain: next to the factory there will be built a fodder factory, and the incubator will be set up. Then the capacity of the plant will reach 120,000 heads of birds.



South Kazakhstan plans to put into action 42 projects in the framework of the State Program of Forced Industrial-Innovative Development. About half of them will be in the area of agriculture and about 10 regarding poultry and egg production. Within the area of Saryagash alone, five more companies are to be launched before the end of this year.
