The new PureSine water bath stunner of Marel Stork enables poultry processors to realise up to 30% improved meat quality, with less red products, less fillet damage and less wing downgrades.
The core of the stunner is the newly developed sine that has a more gradual change, resulting in an improved stunning efficiency compared to the square wave. Within the guidelines of current legislation, the new stunner allows processors to optimise the balance between stunning efficiency and meat quality.
The PureSine has a step less frequency range from 50 to 1500 hz.
