Perdue hatchery increases production with Jamesway
Perdue has confirmed an order of 30 Jamesway Super J Multi Stage Setters, 30 Super J Hatchers and a Hatchcom III Data Retrieval system for their hatchery in Kenly, North Carolina, US, as part of a plan to increase hatch production by 40%, beginning early next year.
Each Jamesway Super J Setter has an egg capacity of 90,720, and each Super J Hatcher has an egg capacity of 15,120.All Super J Setter and Hatcher machines are equipped with Jamesway’s newest PS500 Controls.
Jamesway equipment will help Perdue’s Kenly, NC hatchery, maximise efficiency, optimising production and operations, improving competitiveness in the market, says the company.
