Sneha Farms increases capacity to 13 million eggs

Sneha Farms Pvt Lt is to further increase the capacity of its commercial broiler operations, with an energy-conscious expansion to its hatchery in Hyderabad. The expansion will bring a further six SmartSet setters and six SmartHatch hatchers online, with Pas Reform’s ESM (Energy Saving Module) in the setters to reduce energy consumption, as annual capacity increases to a total of 13 million set eggs.

Sneha Farms is also introducing Pas Reform’s SmartTray 162 “to achieve greater capacity, uniform airflow and an optimised environment for the growing embryos during incubation.”

The company first started working with Pas Reform in 2010, when the Hyderabad hatchery was launched as a prestigious new project in South India. Director Mr. Varun Reddy Dendi says: “We believe in building healthy relationships, and with continuing growth, this project presents the right opportunity for us now to expand our operations using the latest technologies from Pas Reform.”
