US food safety program costs a lot but brings little

Researchers at the University of Arkansas studied the costs and benefits after the implementation of the food safety regulations in 1998. The findings of their work is not stimulating the acceptation of the new proposed food safety regulation of Zero-Tolerance for ingesta.
