At its Anwick facility in Lincolnshire, Moy Park has completed a £6 million investment which saw the factory’s layout refreshed and new equipment installed, while nearby Grantham will receive £12m in upgrades in the coming months. The company is also establish the first ‘free from’ factory within Grantham.
It follows the opening of a £20m state-of-the-art hatchery at Newark-on-Trent in Nottinghamshire by the firm. Hatching 2.5 million chicks per week, it is the largest single-build hatchery in the UK.
