Busy first day of IPPE in Atlanta
The International Production & Processing Expo (IPPE), consisting of the International Poultry Expo, International Feed Expo, and International Meat Expo kicked off on Tuesday and saw a great number of visitors attending the first day. After the bad weather conditions last year, the show organisers see sunny skies and perfect weather conditions for all people and companies to drive and fly into Atlanta, Georgia. It is expected that this will boost the visitor numbers from last year. During the IPPE, also many scientific programmes and conferences are being held, such as the Poultry Scientific Forum, the AFIA conferences and the meetings organised by the North American Meat Institute.
