The US poultry giant, Tyson, won the wage and hour lawsuit brought against its New Holland, Pennsylvania poultry processing facility.
The suit, filed in 2000 initially by seven employees at the New Holland facility and later joined by about 540 additional workers, alleged that the company did not pay them for the time used to put on and take off certain pieces of clothing before and after shifts and breaks.
The two-week trail ended Wednesday (21 June) with the jury ruling in favour of Tyson.
