JPE adds new equipment to BroMaxx broiler package

BroMaxx, which Jansen Poultry Equipment (JPE) believes to be a very successful broiler cage concept, has now got new features.

JPE advertises BroMaxx as the answer for  odern integrated poultry producers for today and the future.

The automated catching of broilers can now be done in 3 different ways:
– Transport via de belts underneath the cages, than onto a cross belt and than transfer into crates.
– Transport via de belts underneath the cages, than directly into containers which are positioned on platforms behind the cages.
– Transport via de belts underneath the cages, than onto a cross belt and than fully automatically loaded, counted and weighed into containers.

The automatic container loading platform has even been awarded with patents.

Integrated broiler producers are very enthusiastic about the system, which is said to save time and costs in catching the broilers. Additionally, the damage to birds caused by catching are reduced considerably.
