Russia bans poultry from US Sanderson plant

The USDA has announced that Russia has banned chicken from one Sanderson Farms plant beginning July 8, and pork from two Farmland Foods plants.

No reasons for the bans were given in the USDA report.

The Sanderson plant is in Laurel, Mississippi. The affected Farmland plants are in Denison, Iowa, and Monmouth, Illinois.
