Theseo and Biolink join business activities

Theseo and Biolink, respectively based in France and United Kingdom both specialising in livestock and farm biosecurity, announced that they will join their business activities in order to expand their combined business in the European and global livestock production industries.

An agreement, signed today in London between both parties, plans that Theseo enters in Biolink’s capital, joining its historical shareholders, Derek Gray and Paul Richardson.



Theseo and Biolink will consolidate their distribution and affiliates networks to strengthen their position in all markets. The new collaboration will manufacture and market a complete and innovative range of biosecurity products and services ranging from disinfectants, detergents to water sanitizing products, resulting from the combined know-how of both companies, suitable for all types of livestock housing.



The newly created biosecurity player has four sites in France and United Kingdom which includes two production sites and two subsidiary companies based in Brazil and Poland. Approximately fifty staff from the two companies will work together to increase the global brand development, knowledge base and technical transfer to customers.



With an expected combined turnover of €15 million, this collaboration will position itself in the global ranking of the top players in animal farm biosecurity.



François Martignoni, general manager at Theseo said: “This collaboration with Biolink is a milestone in Theseo’s international development.”



Paul Richardson and Derek Gray, co-directors at Biolink said: “The collaboration with a dynamic and ambitious partner in the biosecurity sector such as Theseo will allow Biolink to rapidly expand in new markets.”
