Venkys India now subsidiary of Venkateshwara
Venkys India, engaged in the business of poultry breeding and production, announces that it has become subsidiary company of Venkateshwara Hatcheries.
This is subsequent to purchase of shares by Venkateshwara Hatcheries (P) through the open market.
The company supplies day-old commercial chicks to poultry farmers and hatcheries, poultry feed and feed supplements for use in farms and hatcheries, and chicken, processed chicken products and nutritional health products to consumers.
