Hendrix Genetics sign memorandum of understanding to acquire Euribrid

Hendrix Genetics B.V. and Nutreco Holding N.V. have signed a Memorandum of Understanding regarding the sale of Nutreco’s animal breeding activities “Euribrid” to Hendrix Genetics B.V. This includes its related Animal Breeding Research Centre. The selling price is €50 million. Completion of the deal is expected in the first half of 2007.
