Innov’SPACE award for poultry evisceration equipment
French company Bayle introduced an inline cropper for poultry slaughterhouses at SPACE. The machine is for birds cropping of for low speed lines (below 1000/h).
Nowadays, this cropping action is mainly done manually or with round ‘carrousel’ type machine which are taking large amounts of space. The innovation is made by the in-line functioning of the machine, parallel to the conveyor, which is well adapted to low capacities (speed) and in a narrow space.
It is exactly this space is very important for the small slaughterhouses.
SPACE is held in Rennes, France, from 10-13 September.
