Israel is ready to invest in intensive poultry production in Ukraine and road construction under municipal loans, the press service of Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov has reported.

Azarov met with Israeli investors this week who expressed the desire to invest in intensive poultry production, particularly turkey projects. “There are projects in this direction – as well as road construction and building. One of the companies is willing to do this according to its experience of working in other countries, in which the work is financed through the issue of municipal bonds,” the press service said.

In addition, at the meeting the premier and the investors discussed the possibility of creating a Ukrainian-Israeli public-private fund to deal with investment.
