Marel Stork Poultry Processing is to launch its Water Bath Stunner PureSine at VIV Europe 2014.
The company states that the new Water Bath Stunner PureSine helps improve meat quality by up to 30%. The combination of a perfect sine wave – a new development – and a stepless frequency range between 50 and 1500 Hz results in the best possible electrical stun.
“The new stunner lets processors hit the optimal balance between stunning efficiency and meat quality, all the while complying with the latest stunning legislation. It combines solid scientific knowledge with highly innovative engineering and top quality components, giving optimum yield and meat quality,” the company announced in a statement.
With the new Water Bath Stunner PureSine, the company claims to set a new standard for electrical stunning.
The PureSine Stunner is one of the many new innovative solutions that will be presented by Marel Stork at VIV Europe in Utrecht, the Netherlands. The company stand will be located at D010 (hall 7).
