One of today’s market requirements is the need for high flexibility in end products. With the fast changing market demands, this is especially the case in the breast deboning process.

Dutch poultry processing technology company, Meyn, has introduced the 3rd generation Rapid breast deboner: the Rapid Plus breast deboner M3.0.

Ranging from the basic version to the most elaborate set-up, the Meyn Rapid Plus will allow to process the highest quality fillets at the highest capacity, resulting in an unsurpassed yield. But most importantly, staffing requirements have been further reduced, helping with labour challenges.

With a completely modular set-up, the new Rapid Plus will allow for optimization of the required floor space and TCO as the length of the machine will depend on the incorporated functionalities. The configuration can of course be completed with integrated logistics, trimming set up as well as in-line weighing and batching.

With over 170 systems sold worldwide, the Rapid breast deboning concept has been globally accepted and proven to be very successful. The producer claims that it is the only solution available that can harvest all fillet and tender products automatically at the highest capacity, resulting in a significant reduction of labor costs and a minimised dependency on labor skills and availability.
