Intervet/Schering-Plough Animal Health is now offering a new interactive educational programme aimed at helping broiler operators keep their birds eating healthy and growing to their maximum potential.

Created to highlight the company’s innovative “Quadrants of Performance” concept for long-term coccidiosis control, the company states that the programme is currently available as a multimedia presentation on CD format. It will soon also be accessible by logging onto Intervet/Schering-Plough websites.
This programme features several key components: an introductory video explaining the basic Quadrants of Performance concept; a section covering the scientific background behind the concept, including video interviews with 2 poultry researchers, who talk about their research focusing on long-term coccidiosis control; and a section on anticoccidial programmes, showing how different types of control strategies impact subsequent flocks.
